(TSXV: TGM) (OTCQX:TGLDF) (FRA:0702) (“Trillium Gold” or the “Company”) announces that pursuant to its existing stock option plan, the Company has granted a total of 2,595,000 incentive stock options (each an “Option” and collectively, the “Options”) to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. Each Option confers upon its holder the right to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Share” and collectively, the “Shares”), subject to vesting provisions, at a price of $0.20 per Share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The option grant is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and all regulatory approvals.
