Recent and historical exploration work on and adjacent to Shining Tree has shown the immediate area to have potential in various possible deposit styles, commodities, and host lithologies and geological contexts. Cross-cut by northeast trending faults which allows for possible focusing of ore fluids at the intersection with the CLLB.
The Shining Tree property has historically been underexplored. As such, the first main step would be desktop studies addressing synthesis of historical soil geochemical, drilling, geological mapping, and geophysics. From there, plans for on the ground work can be developed.
- Geophysical survey to determine the location of the CLLB, identify anomalies for follow up drilling and define the depth to Archean greenstone rocks.
- Generation of drill targets based on the synthesis of historical data, geophysical program.
- Drill program to fine-tune the geological knowledge and test ore-host relationship hypotheses and characteristics. Then further refinement.
